Preparing to move

Never thought this could be that hard, but I have come to realize that I have never had to actually pack a whole house up! Granted we live in a 700 foot apartment, but we have way more stuff then I ever thought. As crazy as it sounds, I feel like I don't know how to pack. For instance, how much can go in each box? How can I make sure that I don't break things? What should we get rid of? Much harder than I thought... here is a picture of what our place is looking like so far...
