Where is 2011 going?

Is anyone else blown away at how fast time is going? I can't believe that it's already October... I thought this year that I would blog often, but clearly that is not true... I feel like there are some sweet things that have happened this last year, SO, here's my attempt to recap...

*In April, my parents generously flew us back to Illinois to celebrate Easter with them. It had been ridiculously long since we had been back, so it was great to be there. We had the chance to spend good time with my family and friends. Friday night we had an open house where friends go stop by to hang out... It was so great to see everyone and to hang out at my parents house. We saw everyone in town, including Katie's new FIANCE Ryan! (I'm so late in blogging that he's now her hubby).

I absolutely loved getting to see old friends and hang out. It was so wonderful getting to have girl time with women that are so important to me. I was so grateful that calendars were cleared and people were able to come hang out!

Then Saturday we went to my Gma's up in Wisconsin, played lots of cards, hung out, and spent Easter morning at my aunt and uncle's. It was a long time overdue to see everyone!
